Dear Customer,

It is with regret that mister-printer will be suspending trading for the near future due to my chronic health problems.
As a small company, I have always tried to minimise the overheads of the business by not taking on staff which has meant the lowest cost ID Cards available but on this occassion I'm afraid that it means I have no choice but to temporarily close.
You may or may not be aware that I recently had to go into hospital for a biopsy on a brain tumour and subsequently had to go back in due to complications. Sadly, even more complications have arisen that although not thought to be immediately life-threatening, they do require immediate surgical attention and a period of strictly enforced post-operate rest and recuperation. It is due to this that I have taken the decision to inform my customers that I will not be trading for a while, possibly as long as 2-3 months while I undergo the surgery and rest period.
All photos etc. will be returned so customers can obtain ID cards from elsewhere if they wish and I will also contact everybody upon my return to full time business.
I sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and hope we can work together in the future.
